Business
We are most valued by businesses who understand they should be a force for good in the world. That profit can’t come at the expense of their people or the world in which they operate.
We have been described as the perfect development program for B Corp leaders.
We have also hosted leaders from organisations who have successfully embedded volunteering and philanthropy. Not as a greenwash exercise, but as a genuine commitment to their positive impact on the world.
Being a force for good isn’t easy in a world that still hasn’t grasped the idea. It requires an ongoing commitment to developing your leaders.
Because they are the only ones who can dream up and execute your amazing intentions.
We are proud that some of our Certified Growth Leaders started the B Corp process for their companies. They did this after graduating from The Growth Program.
We delight in the fact that others play significant roles in their companies’ charitable foundations. They also become trustees and life-long supporters of causes that touched them on The Growth Project.
In all these different ways our Certified Growth Leaders are role modelling the behaviours their organisations want to spread. They are inspiring others to join the movement for good, whatever it looks like in their organisation.
Charity
Founders and CEOs from small but emerging charities rarely get to invest in their leadership.
We only accept leaders who have the agency to put in place what they learn on The Growth Program. For this reason we focus on Founders and CEOs from small but emerging charities.
They will have shown they can grow a successful organization with revenues between £250,000 and £5m per year.
We are more interested in the potential of the leader than the cause of the charity they run.
We are more drawn to talent and attitude than track record.
We always ask ourselves – what could we help this person go on and do or become?
Some of our Certified Growth Leaders have moved on to lead different charities. They remain active members in the Growth Community, sharing their experience and wisdom and giving and getting support and encouragement.
Many others have grown in their role, driving powerful change into their organisation. They raise more money each year. They run better charities which have more impact. They make a difference to the world that inspires them and everyone around them.

Yes, you’re busy and one day a month sounds a lot. But you’ll trust the process, commit to the Program and your Growth Partner. Put simply, we rely on you to show up.
Humility
The word 'leader' may not sit comfortably with you but that’s ok! It will do by the end of the Program!
